At Aura Music Academy, you can start 1:1 lessons at any time throughout the year – there’s no need to wait for the beginning of a term. After your trial lesson, if you decide to continue, we’ll help you secure a regular weekly slot for your lessons with your chosen tutor.
When you sign up, you’ll be committing to ongoing weekly lessons at the agreed-upon time. The cost of lessons is conveniently charged via monthly direct debit or if you’d prefer you can pay upfront via termly invoice. For detailed pricing, please refer to our price table below.
Looking for a more flexible approach to lessons? We may be able to offer you ad-hoc lessons. Please speak to our admin team and they can let you know lesson availability.
Please note that your lesson price depends on the tutor you have lessons with. All tutors work on a self-employed basis at Aura and have chosen their individual lesson fees. The lesson price range for 1:1 lessons and group lessons are shown below:
Direct Debit Information
All students are required to set up a Direct Debit account with GoCardless before beginning lessons at Aura.
If you need to stop your lessons, all tutors require 4 weeks’ notice so we can stop your Direct Debit payments. We’ll then work out your total payments since you began lessons and calculate whether you’re due a refund or owe an additional balance to cover lessons received, which will be adjusted in your final Direct Debit payment.
Alternatively, you can pay upfront for the entire term via card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Ad-hoc lessons must be paid upfront via card or PayPal.
